What can be the cause of getting this message: “Error getting reviews. Possible timeout.” The plugin worked fine before.

If you are using a local language TP profile link like https://it.trustpilot.com/review/example.com, please update that. Use the top level domain TP profile URL like https://trustpilot.com/review/example.com.The local ones are not compatible with the plugin anymore.
