Hello @bethteo,
Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce support.
To better understand the problem, could you please share a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing? You can use https://prnt.sc/ or https://snipboard.io to share screenshots here.
Thanks!
Here is the link same as above
https://freshbreath.com.sg/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-adminHey, @bethteo!
The link you shared is not public. For us to be able to check the screenshot please post it on a public link. I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
Also, can you please deactivate and uninstall WooCommerce and download it again to see if the issue persists?
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
https://snipboard.io – there is a monthly subscription I need to pay. How do I do a print screenshot and paste here this chat?
I did a print screen and insert into the https://prnt.sc/gallery.html – is this the correct way to share the print screen?
Hello bethteo,
Thank you for your reply.
You can use any cloud image-sharing service including https://prnt.sc/.
The link you shared (https://prnt.sc/gallery.html) does not have any images attached to it.For Snipboard.io you can directly paste the image if you have copied it or you can upload it if the image is saved as a file.
Once you paste, the URL will change automatically like this https://snipboard.io/ApTqjb.jpg.

I hope this helps. 🙂
Best regards.
Sorry, I am not familiar with all these tools features, is it like this?

Thank you for your reply.
This method will work fine.Coming back to the problem at hand, I can see that there is a blank page when you click the WooCommerce tab. The elements appear to be loading. My question is do they ever load or do you see forever?
To troubleshoot this, we need to check if this error is occurring due to a plugin conflict.
Navigate to the Plugins tab and deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce.
Then check if the issue persists.Let me know how it goes. 🙂
Best regards.
I do not know how to deactivate all the plugins, so many plugins what if I deactivate wrongly, will my website collapse? If deactivate all the plugins will the website still functions?
Hey, @bethteo!
I deactivate wrongly, will my website collapse? If deactivate all the plugins will the website still functions?
Depending on the plugins you have it can impact your website in a big way and it may not look the same.
So:
— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site
I do not know how to deactivate all the plugins,
To do that you can:
- go to Plugins > Installed Plugins
- click on the first checkbox to select them all
- then make sure Woo is not checked (it might not be checked by default, but it is good to take a look)
- Then on the bulk action selector, choose “deactivate”
- Click Apply
This should deactivate all plugins.

To make sure you run a full conflict test, please also go to Appearance > Themes and switch to a default theme such as Storefront, if you are not currently using it.
After this you can try to see if the issue persists.
Please let us know how it goes.
Have a wonderful day!
Thanks, I think better for me to get the freelance to check and fix up as I am not so familiar with so many things that I need to do. Will send him your instruction to see if he can assist me. Thank you
By the way, are you able to check and fix up for me? instead of me asking a freelance to fix up?
Hey, @bethteo!
I understand this can be a time-consuming, technical challenge.
However, we are not able to do it for you.If you are not comfortable doing it yourself, as you mentioned you can hire a local WebDev, you can also check Codeable and WooExperts.
While the most common cause of this issue seems to be plugin conflict, if that does not help, you can ask them to take a look here, where we provided other suggestions to a user who had already tried the most common solutions.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.
Have a wonderful day!
Hello @bethteo,
We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions.
Thanks!
