Error i wp-admin

    After I updated to 4.5, the entire wp-admin changed. I forexample can not change or add pages. wp-admin looks like this

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I tried to manually deactivate and activate all of my plugins, but the problem still occurs.
    I downloaded phpMyAdmin and I tried to find wp_options, but I couldnt find anything.

    I’m not very good with this, and I’m not sure what you mean.

    It’s missing all the styles. Did you try deactivating your theme as well as deactivating you plugins? Also, have you tried going to your website on a different browser? Do you have a backup of your website before this happened that you can restore to?

    Sorry .. I have tried this, and deactivated the themes, but nothing happens.
