Error: Image files are missing.

    Hi, the plugin is working great to optimize our images; 90% were completed when I received an error message regarding the remaining images.

    The images are in the media library (admin) and appear on the front end, too. I am not sure why this error appears. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    It could be that some of the thumbnails are missing for a certain image thus this error. It is best/fastest to just contact us directly here and we’ll assist you. We’ll need you API Key and the URL of the site in question.
