I haver to download the image from this url:

I am get this error:

Hi @quirunet,

cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: pics.vicalhome.com%253a8443

This most likely means that your web host is blocking outbound connections to port 8443. You will need to contact your web host’s support team and ask them to advise on this.
