Below is the error I receive while importing from Joomla 1.5.26. All pages seem to have imported fine but I get an error about my URL.

URL of the live Joomla web site is set to “http://www.my-site.co.uk”

[ERROR] Can't copy /images/stories/my_photo.jpg to /home/sites/my-site.co.uk/public_html/test/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/my_photo.jpg : A valid URL was not provided.

You must set the URL field with the URL of your live Joomla web site.

Wow. Fast reply. You’re clearly up early. 🙂

    I have this set. e.g.

    Live Joomla site “http://www.my-site.co.uk”
The WordPress site is on the same domain but is in a /test/ sub folder.

The URL contains “-” could this be the issue?

The plugin accepts all characters in the URL.
By seing your error message, it seems that the URL field is empty.

Could you take a screenshot of your settings and send it to https://www.fredericgilles.net/support ?

Updated version seems to have solved this issue.

    Thanks!
