Error importing remote images. Error: Not found

    Hi, I have a problem when importing products with a copy .csv.
    It fails to import the images of those products “Error: Not found”.

    The website to which I’m trying to import them is not website from which I have exported the copy.

    Anyone know why it can happen? Thank you.

    Hi @joanfe13,

    Let’s make sure the images are available for the importer to load. Try editing your CSV file in a spreadsheet app like Google Sheets. In the images file, copy the URL to a product image.

    Then in a private browser window, paste that URL into the browser’s navigation bar. Does the image load?

    If it doesn’t, then that would explain the error message. In order for the importer to add the image, it needs to be publicly available at that URL. If it isn’t, then it won’t be imported.

    Double check the image URL and that it’s available without logging into the original site.
