Reduce initial server response time 0.93 s

    Eliminate render-blocking resources 1.24 s

    Reduce unused JavaScript 0.9 s

    Reduce unused CSS 0.15 s

we’re only working on “server response time” now, if still 0.93 then either WP Super Cache is not working or there’s a hosting-level issue. to check if WPSC is working use the “test cache” button on Settings -> WP Super Cache -> Easy.

Afraid I can’t really provide support on WP Super Cache, but did you try that “test cache” button I referred to?

re. creating posts; you’ll have to check with the elementor support I’m afraid, I don’t know/ use it.

re. WP Super Cache; can’t be more specific then that I’m afraid, the “easy” tab of WP Super Cache settings has a “test cache” button which could help confirm if things being cached all right or not.
