    Hi,

Please try raising the timeout limit at the server level to at least 600 and test the connection again.

If the issue persists, let us know, and we can further investigate.

I have the same issue with FTPS connection. I tried to increase the time out period to 300 (max allowed value), but the error appeared almost immediately. The same settings are working fine on another website.

Hi everybody, i found a solution about this issue.
This “Error in cloud configuration” message was displayed only to say “there is and error on your FTP configuration / authentification”.
I know, that’s not clear, but please double check your FTP configuration and test your FTP authentification anywhere. That’s gonna fix the issue.

    regards
