Error in code for Preventing Duplicate Submissions

    Hi, I followed all instructions given in https://cfdbplugin.com/?page_id=904 (except that I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to check on the shortcode option, I discovered it after searching and searching for hours).
    Is it possible to use the same code but for another form inside the website? If so, how can I do it? I tried creating another shortcode with the same code but changing the name of the form, and all site broke.
