Hi @79wordofgio79, I understand how concerning it can feel when you are expecting to generate a new API key and the screen turns blank, and I am here to help you get this working smoothly.
To better understand what is happening on your end, can you confirm whether you are seeing an actual error message or if it is simply a blank page with no content at all. If you can, please share a screenshot of what you see using a tool like https://snipboard.io so I can take a closer look.
I have tested the same flow on my test site and everything is loading correctly on my side, including adding a new API key and accessing the settings. Here are the recordings for reference

To help us troubleshoot further, please also share your full WooCommerce System Status Report. You can get it from WooCommerce, Status, then click on Get system report, then Copy for support. You can paste the result into https://pastebin.com or https://quickforget.com and share the link here.
Looking forward to your update so we can continue from there. Let’s see how it goes!

Hi there!
Thank you for sharing your System Status Report. I’ve reviewed it and noticed that your WooCommerce and WordPress versions are outdated, and several other plugins are also running older versions. This could be the cause of the issue you’re experiencing with API keys.
I recommend the following steps:
- Create a staging site – This allows you to safely test updates without affecting your live site. You can use your hosting provider’s tools or plugins like WP Staging to create a staging environment.
- Update WordPress, WooCommerce, and all plugins on the staging site to the latest versions.
- Try replicating the issue on the updated staging site.
I’m suggesting this approach because I was not able to reproduce the issue on my test setup running the latest versions of WooCommerce and WordPress.
Once you’ve tested it on staging, you can safely apply the updates to your live site.
Hi there,
Since we haven’t heard back, I’m going to mark this as resolved for now. You can always message us again if you would like to continue.
