    Database Update – An unexpected issue occurred during the database update which caused it to stop automatically. Please contact support for assistance.

    Cannot find where to rerun the update…

    @openedge1 – I just did a quick search of our code and we don’t have anything like that in our code.

    That said if our update is stalled or not processing (showing quick steady progress), there is likely a fatal PHP error occurring during the AJAX events.

    In which case we would need to see your PHP error logs in order to determine what may be going wrong. If you don’t know how to get them your host should be able to help.
