    Hello friends,

    After installing the Easy WP SMTP plugin, I get an error in the debug.log file.
    The error is as follows:

    [05-Dec-2025 12:14:11 UTC] WordPress database error Table ‘yosiga_NljdIjoq.w47fa_easywpsmtp_debug_events’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT COUNT (*) FROM w47fa_easywpsmtp_debug_events WHERE event_type = 0 AND created_at >= “2025-11-05 12:14:11” made by wp_dashboard, do_meta_boxes, EasyWPSMTP\Admin\DashboardWidget->widget_content, EasyWPSMTP\ Admin\DashboardWidget->widget_content_html, EasyWPSMTP\Admin\DashboardWidget->display_after_email_stats_block_content, EasyWPSMTP\Admin\DebugEvents\DebugEvents::get_error_debug_events_count

    The plugin works very well, but the error occurs regularly.
    Can you help me identify the cause of the problem? Is it a serious problem?

    Thank you for your kind attention.

    Hi @lemdeals ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    From the error, it suggests that debug events table is missing and it should be possible to create missing tables from site health. In site health, you can check if all tables exist and if not, a link should be provided to create missing tables.

    I hope this helps. Thanks 🙂

    Thanks Shawon,

    I uninstalled the plugin and installed it again, this time downloaded from Easy WP SMTP website, and with this procedure the problem was resolved.

    Thank you for your technical assistance.

    Thank you very much
    Luis
