• I’ve had my WordPress site for quite a few years & have never needed to do anything with it, so don’t touch anything related to it basically. Which is why I’m lost about this error message as I’ve changed nothing nor touched the config files etc. The only changes ever made to the site (apart from content obviously) are by WordPress updates, hence I’m wondering whether this issue might be related to the latest one. I only update the site 3-4-weekly sometimes less, so unsure when the issue arose initially.

So I just wanted to check here if it’s likely to be the case regarding the update and/or how to best try maybe reinstalling if the need arises unless there’s any easier fixes?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You should first contact the support of your hoster. Maybe the access for the database has changed or something has failed.

Yeh I had wondered about that – just wanted to make sure it wasn’t something else before I bothered them.

    Thanks 🙂
