hi @abufoysal
Can you provide more information on the error? Which module is that? How to reproduce such issue.
Here’s some tip to try:
It is best to always clear your browser cache or any cache plugin after updating a plugin or theme, so that your browser cache and cache plugin are always fetching the new files instead of the existing files store in your browser.
Also, can you provide us more information:
Disabling all other plugins, clear your cache and cookies and try again.
Go to Divi -> Support Center and show us the information stated over there using http://pastebin.com/
If there’s any error message do paste them over using http://pastebin.com/
Thanks!
Thanks @divisupreme . I made a paste in pastebin. You can check this. https://pastebin.com/RnZvbNwM
Thanks.
Seems like this is coming from the default divi contact form module. You might want to check with elegantthemes.
Thanks @divisupreme . How can I solve the issue ? Thanks.
Hi @abufoysal
You have to contact https://www.elegantthemes.com/ for support because this is not related to our modules at all. 👍
