Error in events format

    Dear Total Soft.

    Can you help me with the formatting of the date entry? Your “help” (?) buttons are not working and I need to know the format for the dates in the events.

    Currently I am using 27/05/2017 (which matches the settings for WordPress) but the events are not appearing on the published Calendar.

    What format is correct and how can I ensure the events are published?

    Hello Dear @somer2004.

    If you are writing the dates manually you must write them in yyyy-mm-dd format.

    Try this format and say us what you will get.
