    I am using the plugin to give a fixed commision to the people only if people purchase from their link. But its giving commision to the last affiliate even if someone buys a product directly from the website. This is an error i want to give commision to affiliates only if people purchase product from their link

    Hey @tayybagrewal,

    Thank you for reaching out! Based on your description, I believe the plugin is working as it was intended to.

    When you use an affiliate’s referral link to visit your website, the plugin will save a cookie for X days in the user’s browser. You can learn more about the cookie duration here: https://slicewp.com/docs/cookie-duration/

    If this user makes a purchase within these X days, a commission will be rewarded to the referring affiliate.

    However, if you firstly visit the site directly, then no cookie is present, which means no commission is generated. If you’ve revisited the site directly, after you’ve visited it via a referral link, then the tracking cookie was set, which leads to a commission.

    This is what I believe happened in your case. That you’ve revisited your website while the tracking cookie was still active.

    To test out a non-referred purchase, please open a new browser incognito/private window and access your website directly, then make a purchase.
