Thanks for getting in touch @sheikhwasay. Based on previous reports, this error may be caused by a conflict with another plugin that may run scripts on the Site Kit dashboard. To try and confirm that this is the case, and to ensure this no longer occurs, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Did this start to occur for you only after enabling particular key metrics or after enabling Site Kit or other plugins?
    3. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.  This can help indicate a browser or caching related block.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.

We received your Site Health information form response, many thanks. As I’m not aware of any known conflict with the plugins you have active, we can perform some addition checks to rule out a third party plugin conflict. Before providing you with these steps, can you could share the additional information requested previously, see below:

    1. Did this start to occur for you only after enabling particular key metrics or after enabling Site Kit or other plugins?
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.  This can help indicate a browser or caching related block.

Do let me know if you have any questions with the above. Once we have this information, should the issue remain in a Chrome browser incognito window, I’ll provide you with some measures to help determine the cause. Thank you.

I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
