Error in JS console due to missing file

Hi CM Tooltip,

Can you help me with this bug I encountered in while editing my post in WP admin. It seems I couldn’t update my post, for example: changing image in the post is not working. I found out that there is a JS error from the tooltip plugin. When I deactivated the plugin, the updating of post becomes okay. See screenshot and video for the JS error:
