If for some reason the element selection made in line 62 of assets/js/frontend/order-attribution.js at version 8.5.2 does not find the element, it throws an error that is not handled gracefully (Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set properties of null (setting ‘value’)). That stops the code execution on assets/js/frontend/checkout.js, causing among other things, that the coupon toggler link does not work.

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
