Error in plugin with latest wordpress update

    I have disabled network-subsite-user-registration as it is generating the following error with the latest wordpress updates for WordPress 6.7.1.

    PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the network-subsite-user-registration domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 6.7.0.) in /usr/share/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6114

    Hi I’ve just updated our site to WP 6.7.1 and it is looking good and functioning ok, you can confirm but trialling a new account here .. https://justinandco.com/demo/
    have you tried a different theme to confirm where the issue is ?

    Thank you for following up on this. The problem is still happening on our site.

    The error appears on all sites (with different themes).

    If a specific theme is causing the error any hints on identifying which theme on a multi-network site with lots of different themes? I have updated all themes to current versions.

    This should be fixed now in version 4.1.
