Error in replacing image

I am trying to change our homepage, specifically the picture with two people shaking hands, I’ve even changed the text code to the new image I’m replacing it with but it’s still there! I don’t know what to do at this point, it’s haunting me and my site. And any other changes I make to text works, this is the only thing that will not budge.
