2 images means you likely have your favicon going into the feed somehow.
Remove the plugin you are using for the favicon and give it a try again.

You can usually clear this up by going to PowerPress >> Settings, Advanced Mode >> Feeds and checking the box next to ” Do not allow other plugins to modify podcast feeds.” Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page and then check the feed again and see if you’re still getting the warning about 2 images.
@benzoid – removed the favicon plugin, still failed.
@shawnogordo – Did that, still failed.

Check your theme settings. There’s usually an option for “site icon” or something similarly named. See if you can find that field and clear it out. Save the changes once you clear it out and try again.
@shawnogordo – I did all that and tried it again, still failed.
I was able to go to Feed Burner and submit it there, I took that feed and Apple accepted it. I am not really sure what the issue here was…and I turned my Favicon back on, and I don’t know if that will cause an issue.
I will update when I know more.
Go into PowerPress Settings > Feed tab. There is an option to prevent other plugins from modifying your feed, check that and click save. This will prevent your theme from adding the favicon as an RSS image to your podcast feed.
You can use FeedBurner, just be forewarned that FeedBurner has been neglected by Google for many years now, we believe it is only a matter of time before they shut it down. When they do they will be redirecting feeds to their original source so you will want to have this problem fixed if/when that day happens.
