Thanks for reaching out @maryamdavari. Hopefully with a little troubleshooting we can determine the cause of this and ensure you can use Site Kit as expected. To start, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references or may help indicate host related blocks.
- When you mention you changed hosts, can you confirm whether Site Kit was functioning as expected at some stage on your current host, or did it never work after changing provider?
Once we have this information, we an provide some checks or troubleshooting steps. This may include checking whether the same occurs with another WordPress site on the same hosting platform, reviewing your active plugins, or performing some checks to rule out local issues on your machine, by ensuring no issues when attempting Site Kit set up from a disposable WordPress site.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
