Yesterday SiteOrigin updated their ‘Page Builder’ and now I get an error when trying to save changes made with the TinyMCE Widget.

    Here is what I get

  • Aaah, this looks like an issue in Page Builder itself. I’ll get on a fix right away.

So it turns out this was a problem in how Page Builder 2 is handling forms. I’ve managed to fix it in our development version. I’ll do a few more checks to confirm it’s working, then push an update by tomorrow at the latest.

    Sorry about this!

Thanks Greg for your quick response. Please let me know if any change is needed on the Black Studio side.

Thanks for this quick fix! I am having trouble viewing text in visual editor in pagebuilder frames. It appears when I preview but is invisible in the editor window. Is this related?

I fixed it by deleting and reinstalling the Tiny MCE plugin!

We’ve fixed this in the latest update (currently 2.0.2). Everything should be working now 🙂

@marco – Really like how you’re handling compatibility in the new plugin. It’s all very well thought out. We’ve also moved our development over to GitHub in case you ever need something on our side to ensure compatibility.

@greg That is really a great news. Thank you 🙂

P.S. I am going to mark this topic as resolved.

The last sentence in this topic is:
    Install TINY MCE ADVANCED .

New version of plugin should fix that bug.
    That worked for me!
Regards and Thanks for great work for Marco Chiesi and Greg Priday.
    Both are excellent plugins !
