Once I click on Get Tickets, I get the following error:

“There was an error enabling Stripe on your cart. More information is available in the Event Tickets settings dashboard. Please contact the site administrator for support.”

I can’t see anything in the Dashboard.

I have tried enabling Error logging, but no log files seem to be generated.

I have configured Credit card only for payment method and confirmed that Stripe has the same.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @meembat,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This could be because you have configured a payment method in your Ticket Settings that is not yet enabled in Stripe. Can you please check that the payment methods that you have configured are enabled in Stripe at https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods?

Please also check your dashboard under Tickets > Settings > Payments > Tickets Commerce, and Tickets > Settings > Payments > Stripe to see if any error messages are shown.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thank you,
    Erica

    Thanks for your response, Erica.

I have chosen Credit Card only both in Ticket Settings and Stripe. (I did try the option of all methods also).

I can’t see any error messages, however the webhook is still not validated. When I enter the Secret and Save Changes, the Save Changes button gets greyed out but it seems to never complete validation.

I do have a message in Stripe that says “We’ve detected that you are using payment_method_types to configure payment methods. To manage payment methods from this page, replace payment_method_types with automatic_payment_methods.
If you prefer to use payment_method_types, refer to the manual settings page.”

But I have set the payment method in the Manual Settings too.

    Any other suggestions?

It appears there was a problem resolving the host which was an error message I received when trying to update my plugins.

I followed https://bobcares.com/blog/wordpress-curl-error-6-could-not-resolve-host/ to correct that and it also solved this issue.
