    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed response as I was not in town due to my routine check up.

    I have gone through the link and faced the same issue. Firstly I shall suggest please run the mail script on your server as it seems there is some issue with outgoing emails. In case, it doesn’t run you need to contact your server support.

    Do let me know if the script runs properly, then I will be needing the WP admin credentials to look into the matter further.
