@sausagebap We have modified our plugin in our GitHub Repository, this will display the error message you are receiving while sending the enquiry. Please deactivate the current WooCommerce Catalog plugin and install this updated plugin in your site from here – https://github.com/dualcube/woocommerce-catalog-enquiry/archive/master.zip

@dualcube Here is the error I’m getting:
Mailer Error: 2, The following From address failed: [email protected] : MAIL FROM command failed,Sender address is not valid for your login. Check your email program settings. ,551,SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failed Detail: Sender address is not valid for your login. Check your email program settings. SMTP code: 551
I have hidden the From address as it’s a personal address, however I’ not sure where your code is picking it up from, is it getting it from the WordPress User Profile? All SMTP mail should be sent via the WP Mail SMTP plugin and no other plugin that uses mail has this issue.
Thanks for looking
@sausagebap Please use some SMTP plugin like Easy WP SMTP and we are hoping this issue will be resolved.
@dualcube thanks this looks like it’s fixed the problem.
