Hi @kklo,
To start with, could you please switch to a default WordPress theme and check if the issue still persists? This will help us identify whether the problem is related to the current theme or something else.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊

Hi, @bsfaradhy
Do I use Astra’s “Online Courses” model or is that not correct?

I want to place an image as a background color that uses the entire length of the screen and at the height touching the screen, like a 180px high banner.
This error usually occurs on pages that use Gutenberg.

Hi, @bsfaradhy
Below are the 4 screenshots with error markings.
The image image_ok.png is the default for the entire site. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290687?key=ae5e6dd2d241468f3d54ed2034a5c844
image_error.png – Shows error on the sides. I don’t want left and right margins. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290686?key=a657b4d495aca6570bcd4d69b4154322
image_error_1.png – Without any configuration, the panel is at the top with no space for the image and above the menu. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290685?key=5956888d696691cc523d369a4a4fa7ec
image_error_2.png the menu disappears, the background image doesn’t appear and there are margins on the sides. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/54290684?key=e65e604f97f422129b499a2928296685
I shared the images, see the links
As you can see, I couldn’t make the header appear complete on the WooCommerce pages, as shown in the image image_ok.png for the entire site.
How can I solve this?
Hi @kklo,
Thank you for the details!
Can you please share the complete URL of your website so that we can have a closer look at it? This will help us get a better insight into it, and we will be able to inspect the Header.
Kind regards,
Aradhy 😊
