Error in the WordPress database Table

    Hello,

    First of all, let me emphasize how great I think this plugin is. I was very fortunate to see it work pretty well going from my online hosted development site, to a my local install on a PC with Wamp.

    Unfortunately, now that I’ve been able to test and fix a few things, I’m trying to go the other way around and create a package… BUT nothing happens.

    In set-up page, I get all the Requirements : a green “PASS”.
    Then, I create the package, it scans, and nothing comes out.

    – Duration of process after Scan : no time mentioned.
    – Web server, php parameters, and wordpress parameters are FINE.
    – All Archive / File numbers are empty Size : …. | Nb of files: …
    – Database : table, records and size are empty.
    – Dabatase details : name, hoster (localhost), PHP(slow)… seem normal.

    If I go to my wamp PHP log, I get the following message :

    Error in the WordPress database Table ‘gmc6.wp_duplicator_packages’ doesn’t exist for the query SELECT * FROM wp_duplicator_packages ORDER BY id DESC faite par do_action(‘toplevel_page_duplicator’), call_user_func_array, duplicator_get_menu, include(‘F:\Wamp\www\gmc6\wp-content\plugins\duplicator\views\packages\controller.php’), include(‘F:\Wamp\www\gmc6\wp-content\plugins\duplicator\views\packages\list.base.php’)*

    I have disabled almost every plugin. I have gone thry a considerable amount of support threads and the wiki as well, but I really really haven’t been able to solve it. Seems it’s not really talking with the database.

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Leritz,

    That is a bit odd… Something doesn’t seem to be right with your WP table extensions. Can you submit a support ticket so I can have a closer look at your setup…

    Many thanks for your reply. I haven’t been able to figure out how to create a ticket. Sorry for that.

    Tried with another plugin (All-in-One) and it worked but it seems my data was incorrectly migrated as the site does not behave like my local installation (and it has old bugs). My goal was to check if the plugin correctly accessed the database and it would seem it does.

    Went back with your plugin. PHP log indicated :
