It looks like you’re running into a PHP warning because WooCommerce is trying to access the wc-partial-shipped key in the order status array, but it doesn’t exist. This typically happens when WooCommerce expects that status to be registered, but it hasn’t been defined properly.
Just to confirm — are you using a custom order status like “Partial Shipped,” or perhaps a plugin that adds or manages custom order statuses?
However, you might also try lowering the PHP version slightly to see if the warning persists — sometimes these types of errors appear due to compatibility issues between the plugin code and the PHP version.
It would also be super helpful if you could share your System Status Report. To grab that:
- Head to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard.
- Click Get system report and then Copy for support.
If there are any fatal error logs showing up, please send those over too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thank you for the update and for trying to deactivate the Custom Order Status Manager plugin. Since the warning still appears even after deactivating it, and you mentioned that you cannot change the PHP version, let’s try a few more troubleshooting steps.
Please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce temporarily and then check if the warning still appears. This helps us identify if another plugin might be conflicting or causing the issue. If the warning disappears, you can reactivate your plugins one by one to pinpoint the culprit.
You can create the staging site by using the following plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ to run a conflict test so your live site does not effect.
If the warning persists even with only WooCommerce active, please let me know so that we can further investigate
Also, if possible, could you please share any recent error logs found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? This might provide more details about the warning.
