Error in weather_widget.css?

    I installed the plugin today for the first time. In looking to make some style changes I looked at weather_widget.css

    The first two lines are blank then followed by

    .weather-wrapper { border: solid 2px #ADC0CF;
.weather-wrapper .weather-icon { margin: 0 auto; }

    – the first line is missing a closing bracket.

    Then at the end of the file there is a stray
    </style>
