Error in Webmaster tools

    My Version Is 4.0.7.1 and i see this error at webmaster tools at sitemap-tax-post_tag.xml
    Missing XML tag
    This required tag is missing. Please add it and resubmit.

    Please pay attention that the indexed tags are more than submitted!

    i’ve emptied the cache but no thing occured.
