Have you first tried deactivating all plugins to rule out anything like that?
Is the user able to delete posts? I could be wrong but some roles aren’t capable to delete posts. It’s been some time since I fully looked over the codex page.
What steps have you taken to try and resolve this? The more information we have the better we’d be able to help in giving the right direction to solve this for you. 🙂

It’s not mine problem.
The bug is in wp-includes/post.php. I can prove. But it’s not so easy to correct. I need more time and room and capability for screenshots.

If it’s working without plugins but not when plugins are activated so wordpress is not fully functional when plugins are used.
At least it’ll be cause for future bugs.

Can you pinpoint exactly which plugin is causing the issue? Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
It’s highly unlikely that such an issue will occur when just any plugin is active.

Ok No plugins – no problem.
Rather problem is there but hidden.
Work goes on.
what version of wordpress are you using?
what plugins do you have (active and deactivated)?
what theme are you using?
Ok, so if there’s no problem with no plugins, would you please reactivate each one individually until you find the cause?

The problem is not in plugins. It is in wordpress and not solved.
If this topic will not be closed I’ll try to explain everything later.
