Error in WordPress Admin – cant use

    I just updated smush plugin and my admin is completely down and I can’t access it with the following error being displayed….

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare maybe_create_table() (previously declared in /wp-admin/install-helper.php:52) in /wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 2012

    Please advise and help. I had to completely remove it to fix admin.

    Cant find the older version to test.
