Error Installing

I’ve used this plugin on many sites I’ve created for clients, but for some reason, I can’t install it now. I keep getting the following error:

AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING THIS DIRECTIVE

I’ve checked file and folder permissions and contacted the host company, but no luck. Any thoughts?
