Error installing a theme from themeforest

    I’ve tried to install “Entrada” theme from themeforest but when I want to upload the theme in WordPress but the system doesn’t allow me. I have two files “entrada.zip” and “entrada_child.zip” I’ve tried with both of them but it isn’t work. Please help. I’m noob using wordpress.

    What do you mean by will not allow you? Are you getting an error message? Are you uploading in the right place?

    Yes, The system show me an error message “Something is wrong. Do you want to try again?, I have tried to install using the differents files but it’s not possible. This is driving me crazy.

    For a start, at least you should try to download one another theme. Just try. Perhaps the problem was only with the one you tried first. Perhaps the problem is on the developer side of this topic, not you.
