Error installing Backup Migration plugin

    I am trying to migrate a wordpress site from another host to a business account in wordpress.com.

    I installed the Backup Migration plugin from BackupBliss (which is the plugin the backups were made with) but when I go to the Backup Migration tab I see only unstyled text and images.

    Here is what I see after the plugin install:

    Hello @fcalvo ,

    For the restoration, please install the latest version of Backup Migration plugin available here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/backup-backup/ (remove the plugin that you currently have on your site, as it could be that it is an outdated version)

    Apart from that, can you please clear your site’s cache, and see if the problem persists?

    No luck, the version I am installing is the latest 1.2.9.

    Downloaded the plugin from ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/backup-backup uploaded manually and it installs but the it looks like on the screenshot when I go manage it.

    Tried other browsers and same thing happens, looks like a missing JS / CSS. The plugin management page looks like there is no style / functionality, all html laid straight out.

    At the end of that text page I see this:

    Hey @fcalvo ,

    That is really an unusual issue. I guess it is related to another plugin or a theme. In order for us to properly try to replicate it, we would need debug log. However, from your description, it seems that you could not see it due to the issue.

    However we can still find it, just let us know what the website in question is.

    You could also try to deactivate all other plugins on your site, see if the Backup Migration appears normally, and if it does, try the simple system of elimination, turning back ON plugins one by one to see which one causes the conflict.
