• I recently was having an issue with a plugin and the support I got said that I was running php 4.x on my server and that I needed to upgrade to php 5.x – which I did. But now when ever I try to install any new themes, I get the following error message. is it because of php 5???

    Unpacking the package.
    Installing the theme.
    Theme Installed successfully.

  • I’m getting the same error! I’ve never had this problem in the past.

I totally figured out what’s causing the error!

Unpack your theme zip file and you should see one folder. Double-click the folder and make sure that all of your files are located THERE – and NOT rooted inside one more folder.
