Hi there,

I’m like this plugin and am keen to move to buying the extension bundle, however before I do I need to know I can resolve the below.

Basically, whenever I go to upload a cover pic of photo I get the following error of “ERROR: Internal Server Error” in a red box after the image uploads.

Please advise,

Hi there,

To help debug this I’ve just setup a blank site with a out of the box theme and only UM plugin installed. This should mitigate that it is either a theme or plugin conflict issue.

Note, both this site and the other one is hosted with HostGator using their WP optimised hosting. Up to date I’ve had no other issues uploading images.
