I am unable to access my admin website. User name and password are correct, but I keep getting the same error message over and over “Error: Invalid Captcha”. I tried several web browsers, and I can’t seem the be able to bypass it. Could someone please assist?

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

Once you’ve found the one causing the problem, I recommend reporting it to that plugin’s support.

@macmanx is there another alternative please? My concern with this approach is the deactivation of all plugins. I am knowledgeable enough to handle the aftermath t activate them one by one

It won’t destroy your plugins, it will just deactivate all the them.

Once you log in after, you go back into the Plugins section of your Dashboard and re-activate them one by one until you find the one adding the CAPTCHA.

Alternatively, if you know the plugin adding the CAPTCHA, you can ask their support if they have any ideas and wait for them to reply.
