This is highly irregular. Could you share how the submission was done? All our tests doing a submission from the front-end (from a shortcode and the slide-in support forms) have all been successful, even using the information you shared in your debug file.

I’m in the same issue as bamjar, just after installing the plug-in.
I was already logged in and the ticket form do not show me nor my mail or a field to enter an email adress.
An as bamjar reports the form answers
Error | Invalid email address specified
So I can’t test yet this plugin.
I have got the last version on wp, localized in french with a few extensions installed.
