Hi,
I am getting the error “ERROR: Invalid login credentials.”

I have reset the password from backend and frontend both and it is working fine with the default login link of wordpress and it lets me login successfuly.

However, when i try to login using the plugin “Login with Ajax” it shows the message ERROR: Invalid login credentials.

I have tried to clean install the plugin but still no success.
I have also tried to rollback the plugin to last 3 releases but still no success.
The site is running on php7.4 and latest wordpress.

Please help !

Hi Ravi,

Have you tried without other plugins enabled, or a default theme of WP? You can do this just for yourself using our WP Safe Mode plugin – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-safe-mode/

If that doesn’t work, it may be helpful to know the username and maybe even the password, maybe there’s some odd character that’s messing things up. You could DM me the username first via slack. I’m pretty sure it’s a plugin/theme conflict though so try the above beforehand.
