As we are not experiencing any such issue at our end. At first, I suggest you to kindly check for plugin and theme conflict on your website. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty. If this resolves the issue, you have indeed a conflict. You can then switch back to the theme you are using to check if you can reproduce the issue. If the issue isn’t reproduced when your theme is active, you can enable one plugin at a time to check when the issue reappears. Doing this will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.

El problema es con mi sitio web…he superado el máximo permitido de emails enviados por PHP.
Para el funcionamiento de mi sitio no necesito enviar emails, solo ver los resultados en la página.
¿Es posible eliminar esta opción de enviar emails?

Yes. This is possible. To do this, go to the Email tab and click on delete icon on the top right corner of the email template.
After deleting the email template, you won’t receive any emails from the QSM plugin.
