Like the other threads, is this only on the admin user? I checked multiple sites and our dev sites and it does not happen

Tick error seems coming from the ‘get_password_reset_key’ which returns the this user is not allowed to change his password.
And I think it’s coming from the fact that I installed differents plugins before to test then. I remenber one , with a settings like : “allow user to reset password”.
I understood this way there a variable for each user to allow or not the user to reset his pwd.
Then while searching I’ve found :

It still confuse to me but I read and dig.
Probably you have enabled a reCaptcha for reset password form. Try to deactivate it and it has to work
