    Hello there!

Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue.

The link to the error screenshot that you provided doesn’t work anymore, unfortunately.

So may I ask you to provide some details, please? How exactly do you edit headers and footers in your themes and how the issue may be reproduced? Thank you.

Sorry about that. I have recorded a video, unfortunately the texts are in Spanish, but I’ll translate what the texts says.

So I have opened the editor from Appearence -> Editor and started editing as usual.

When I try to open the header or the footer separately, the editor returns as a message:
“The editor has encountered an unexpected error. (BUTTON) Copy error code.”

The error code has been pasted in the earlier message.

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the delayed response.

From the attached video it looks like you use the WordPress Full Site Editing mode. But I would like to inform you that our Getwid plugin is not fully compatible with it at this moment, unfortunately. Some blocks may throw such or similar messages but from my experience, they still work properly on the front end.
