ERROR LOAD TRANSLATION

When the customer first visit the site, the translation doesn’t work. Even though they change the language from the select menu, the translation remains in the default language. This happens for the first 15 minutes after the first visit, but then it seems to fix itself. Could you help me resolve this issue? It’s a digital menu, so most customers visit it once or after a long time. This problem often occurs, and I absolutely need to fix it.
