I just tested this on my end, but it works well – I was unable to replicate that issue.
Can you please install this plugin, health check: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only Strong Testimonials and Elementor and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins.

Hi Mihaela.Thanks for your reply.
I had already done that. Without Elementor the image opens on its own. But when you activate Elementor, it only appears if you resize the window.
On my Iphone the image appears normally. The problem is with the computer. I tested it on 2 different browsers and someone else also reported the same problem.

Thank you for explaining!
I double checked and was able to replicate the issue – it seems to be an issue from Elementor, as the lightbox is from their end as Strong Testimonials does not have a lightbox integrated.
I recommend trying this plugin instead: FancyBox for WordPress, I tried it on my end and it seems to work correctly and open the image in the lightbox.
