Error Loading Images – http error (Version 3.5.0)

I am having trouble loading images on my client’s website. The error ‘http error’ keeps coming up. When I attempt to load images from my computer, I have no problem. I have read the forums and there seems to be many possibilities related to this issue. Can someone tell me why I can load the images from my computer and my cannot do so from her computer? I have tried using different browsers from my machine, Firefox, Chrome and Safari and they all work. My client uses Chrome. Her site is http://www.pavoh.org
