What is the error you see and at what moment does it appear?

It occurs that when entering the plugins button on the starting page is clicked. Just saying an error occurred while loading the plugins. Same when I then hit the manage link on top of the screen. All this while using the dashboard and then plugins inside the app works fine.
Edit: sry for my english, but it is wiered that plugins get well loaded via the dashboard but not when I use the plugins link on the starting page of the app

No worries about your English! I think I understand your issue. It looks like you’re going to the mobile app’s My Site > Menu > Plugins, and this is where you’re getting the error. Did I get that correctly? You can share a screenshot of the error too.
Can you also share the following?
- WordPress app version
- OS and OS version
- Site address
@arijuz, if you’re still having trouble with this, as Cara mentioned above, it’s difficult to troubleshoot this type of issue without a bit more information. Could you let us know the following?:
- What version of the WordPress app are you using?
- What device and operating system version are you using?
- What’s the web address of the site you’re working with?
